Once your resume is submitted, a Safety
First Training consultant will review your information and
contact you when a suitable opportunity is found. You will
be invited to an interview at our office, where our consultant
will talk to you about vacancies, the job market, and jobs
available, and assess your skills, strengths and abilities.
We will then pass on the benefit of our experience and advise
you on the re-working your resume, before submitting to a
potential employer. When you are called for an interview,
we make all the arrangements and brief you fully on the job
requirements, the company and the corporate culture. If all
goes well, we will notify you of the job offer and negotiate
salary and benefits with your new employer on your behalf.

Submission Submit your resume - either online or in person - to Safety First Training. Once a resume is submitted, it is entered into the Safety First Training database. This means your resume is always active - available for matching new job opportunities.

First Interview and Testing
A first interview and employment testing if required with a Safety First Training consultant to assess suitability for the position(s). At this stage, you will start to learn more about the nature of the post you are applying for. You will also receive professional advice from Safety First Training on a variety of topics relating to successful employment.
Marketing
your Resume
Your resume will be rewritten if necessary and passed directly from Safety First Training to the prospective employer. Our professional consultants will send your resume and also communicate with the potential employer to brief your suitability.
Interview
with Prospective Employer
Your Safety First Training consultant will inform you about further interviews with the prospective employer.
Success
